Can I provide my own design or logo?
Absolutely. You can send us your artwork ready for production. Alternatively, our team can help you create a design from scratch or adapt your existing artwork to ensure it works well on your shirt.
How long does the customization process take?
Turnaround time depends on the order quantity, customization technique, and design requirements. In general, orders are completed within 3 to 7 business days. If you need your order urgently, we can also provide express production options depending on the project.
Do you ship outside Medellín?
Yes. Although our workshop is based in Medellín, Colombia, we ship custom shirts throughout Colombia, including Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, and other cities.
Do you also manufacture the shirts, or do you only customize them?
We offer a complete shirt manufacturing and customization service. If you already have your own shirts, we can also customize them using the techniques that best suit your design and fabric.
